The Southwest Atlanta Celebrity Cook-Off will showcase over ten celebrity chefs who will demonstrate the importance of healthy eating in our daily lives. During the event there will a dad – son educational cooking demo of how parents can inter-active the best kept secrets from some of the most famous kitchens around Atlanta. The cooks are steaming, grilling, sautéing and adding all the right spices and sauces for an unforgettable extravaganza that will benefit our “Center of Hope” and Community Development Initiatives. But it doesn’t stop there the event gets better…. This year in Collaboration with Junk Free home Giveaway, a home was purchased in the Adamsville community. Over a period of 60 days, ABCP is renovating and will be giving the home away to a qualified family or person on the day of the event. This event is a big step in taking ownership for building a stronger, healthier and more vibrant community. By pooling resources together, the sharing of creative energies will make a huge difference in the new face of this historic southwest community.
Celebrity Chef Partners
Each celebrity chef has earned the highest honor in the food and culinary industry. They are passionate in their craft and utilize their gifts to educate the community about health and wellness. They are just as excited as ABCP to be apart of an organization pro-actively seeking ways to lift up the community and provide healthy living habits for young people and their parents. This collaboration is the beginning of the development of culinary classes to be offered to families and the community at-large.

Atlanta, the music Mecca of the south as array of talented musicians and vocalists. The event will showcase local schools, dance troupe and youth talent as well as a professional band and vocalists.

Approximately 20 participants making up of elected-officials, community leaders, and home grown cooks cooking up their favorite recipes to be judge in our cook-off contest.
