Restaurant Equipment Sales and Marketing

Locally owned and operated restaurant equipment dealer near Six Flags is currently looking for a marketing and sales oriented representative.

Position will be responsible for lead generation, advertising programs, creating email campaigns and online marketing.
Qualified candidate will work with vendors to confirm purchase orders, follow up with customers to verify receipt of order and satisfaction.

Will be working in a small office environment, and candidate will need to have own, reliable, transportation to visit potential customers.

Base salary $30K with Quarterly Bonus, Holiday and Vacation Pay
Casual office dress, Monday - Friday 9am-6pm

Example of Daily Responsibilities

- Verify receipt/estimated ship date of previous days purchase orders with vendor
- Notify customer when shipping/tracking information received
- Follow up with customers to ensure deliveries have arrived and satisfaction
- Explore new leads in local area. Utilize Chamber(s) of Commerce, BBB, local restaurant publications and opening lists to identify and visit leads
- Work with large companies, vendor sites and bid sites to expand customer base
- Create email campaign for current customers and newsletter customers
- Social networking, facebook, twitter, etc. to expand our customer base
- Write weekly/monthly articles with helpful product updates and information that can be posted on a company blog site
- Work with inside sales team on customer satisfaction issues/concerns/solutions

Ideal Candidate will have:

- High School Diploma
- Current valid Georgia drivers license and reliable transportation mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Previous experience in traditional restaurant environment preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of using search engines/internet for research and learning
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Demonstrate ability and desire to learn
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. On a weekly basis
- 2 years of consistent work history, professional references
- Smoke free environment

Inside Sales/Customer Service:

Locally owned and operated restaurant equipment dealer near Six Flags is seeking a qualified inside sales representative.

Will be working in a small office environment

Daily Responsibilities will include:

- Use Quickbooks to quote equipment, furniture, etc. requests generated via website, phone and email
- Verify customers have received quotes
- Make sure pricing is competitive or if we need to discount
- Monitor client accounts and keep up to date on status, progress
- Inquire as to other things that customer may be in need of that we can quote
- Track and stay in contact with large quotes
- Determine follow up, utilize calendar to set follow up dates
- Cultivate positive relationships with vendors and clients to increase sales
- Assist with pricing updates
- Maintain warehouse pricing and inventory
- Work with showroom customers, warehouse is open to public
- Ship products to customers from warehouse inventory when necessary
- Work with sales team to accomplish company wide growth
- Follow direction from sales manager
- Work with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Auto Quotes to update pricing, monitor new products and increase knowledge
- General Office Maintenance
